? 什么情況下可以申請(qǐng)售后服務(wù)?
當(dāng)您遇到退換貨、退款、發(fā)票、維修、索賠、少配件等以上問題時(shí),可以申請(qǐng)售后。
? 申請(qǐng)售后時(shí)要提供哪些憑據(jù)?
對(duì)于退換貨,您需要提供發(fā)票、送貨單、驗(yàn)收單、提貨單、快遞面單、保修卡、產(chǎn)品說明書等產(chǎn)品資料或憑證。
